FLAG FOOTBALL

Our Fall Flag Football program, designed for boys and girls ages 4–6, builds a strong foundation in athleticism, confidence, and accountability. We create an engaging environment where young athletes can focus on essential footwork and ball-handling skills while learning the basics of the game in fun, age-appropriate ways.

With consistent practice routines and supportive coaching, our youngest players experience steady improvement week after week. More importantly, they develop a genuine love for football—one that prepares and excites them to continue into our tackle programs as they grow.

  • Child must be 4 years old by July 1 of the current football season
  • Child cannot turn 7 years old before July 1 of the current football season

TACKLE FOOTBALL

Our Tackle Football program for athletes ages 7 and up takes a child's early curiosity for football and helps transform it into a true passion for the game. We create a motivating environment where players participate in encouraging practices and exciting, competitive games that challenge them to grow.

Throughout the season, we emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork, and accountability—values that extend far beyond the field. Our athletes learn through structured preparation, healthy physical activity, and consistent skill development. Proper and safe playing techniques are taught at every level and remain a cornerstone of our KB Cougar Volunteer Coaches' commitment to each player.
